AloTech is the world’s first call center powered by Google. It's one of the most secure and stable systems with some of the industry’s best features, including call distribution, outbound dialing and integrations, IVR, AI speech recognition, and blended inbound/outbound calling. The company also makes use of Google’s new Dialogflow and Speech API.
Before you begin; Make sure you have an active AloTech subscription. If you do not have an active tenant account, you can contact us .
To install AloTech CTI after reviewing the steps below, Click the Install button.
INSTALLAfter clicking the Install button, you will be directed to your Hubspot account in order to connect with AloTech CTI. Select the your account as shown below.
Click on Connect app button in the Connecting AloTech to HubSpot Page.
Enter the tenant information provided by the AloTech in the Tenant field and then Click the Save button.
When you perform the above steps, the AloTech CTI application will be integrated with your HubSpot Account. You can check the application from settings/Integrations/Connected Apps.
User would be able to choose AloTech CTI from Call Provider in the Contacts Section.
After clicking the "Call from Browser" button, the AloTech CTI will open to the right corner of the current page. Finally, users should enter the user e-mail address and password provided by the company in order to connect to the AloTech Calling service, .
